PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH) invites qualified vendors to submit Expressions of Interest for the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive Unified Digital Platform comprising:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
  • Responsive Website and Mobile Applications (Android/iOS)
  • Practice-Group and Regional Sub-Portals
  • Integrations with Pharmacy Council, banking/MoMo, and accounting systems
  1. KEY MODULES

Membership management • Finance & payments • CPD tracking • Events & e-voting • Ghana Pharmaceutical Journal portal • Welfare & ethics case management • Jobs board • Communications & reporting

  1. VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 10 years’ IT experience in Ghana
  • Proven ERP delivery for professional bodies/associations
  • National-scale platform deployment experience
  • Good standing: Registrar-General, GRA, SSNIT
  • Data Protection Act compliance
  • Three (3) relevant references
