The Scientific Committee of the PSGH invites abstracts (and full-length articles) for conference 2023.

The conference provides a unique opportunity to disseminate your innovative research findings to a diverse audience of pharmaceutical industry leaders, policymakers, and colleague pharmacists.

Abstracts (and articles) may cover all pharmacy disciplines pertaining to the Sustainable Development Goals and National Development, specific to:

  • Health system strengthening
  • Digital Health Technology
  • Healthcare Security: Disease surveillance, emergency preparedness, and outbreak response
  • Universal health care
  • Pharmaceutical Care & Pharmacovigilance
  • One Health Initiative
  • Logistics and supply chain management
  • Formulation sciences and drug development

Submissions guidelines

All abstracts should be written in English and submitted in the form detailed in the provided abstract template here. 

All abstracts should be submitted via email to the address by June 30, 2023, by 23:59 GMT.

Abstracts may reflect a similar body of research to that published or presented in any pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences-related journal/communication but should include novel aspects of work (i.e., findings, results, analyses, or interpretation).

Abstracts may report original work that has not been published or accepted for publication as a journal article prior to abstract submission.

Authors may submit original fulllength articles for possible publication in the Ghana Pharmaceutical Journal (GPJ). Manuscripts should be submitted online at
