On the 2nd of March,2022 the Standing Executive Committee (SEC) of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana, led by the President, Pharm. Samuel Kow Donkoh has met with the Minister for Health, Hon. Kwaku Agyeman-Manu to discuss some regulatory issues pertaining to the pharmacy profession.

This is the second time the Sam-Donkoh administration has engaged the minister on such matters.The SEC was accompanied by two former PSGH Presidents: Pharm. Kwabena Ohene-Manu and Pharm. Thomas Boateng Appiagyei. The meeting was at the instance of the Honourable Minister in response to the PSGH’s petition to him about issues bothering around pharmacy regulation and issuance of premises licenses.

The meeting concluded on the assurance of the Minister to get the issues appropriately investigated and addressed.
