This supplement presents the abstracts selected for the scientific sessions of the 90th Anniversary Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH), held in Accra in September 2026 under the theme “Science. Impact. Legacy. 90 Years of Pharmaceutical Excellence.” Thirty-six abstracts, selected by the Scientific Review Committee for oral and poster presentation, report original work from teaching hospitals, district health services, community pharmacies, regulatory and public health programmes, and universities across Ghana.
